Kinoo successfully designed and built the project under a design/
build contract.
Kinoo, Inc. managed all aspects of the project including: initial
feasibility study, programming, space planning, interior design,
schematic and design development through production of construction
documents.
Kinoo used its cost estimating software (ACE) to enable budget
estimate, and progress cost update. Construction of both floors,
one for the 'Baystate Medical Group' and another for the 'Hampden
County Medical Group' was completed 6 weeks ahead of schedule and
15% below budget estimate. Projected was completed in 1996.
